Periodically we ask service users, relatives, visitors & outside professionals ( doctors, district nurses etc.) to fill in quality assurance questionnaires. This helps us monitor how we are managing our service, whether we are meeting standards & offering the best level of care that we can. Dawn has collated the information returned to us & I have added them for you to look at. Overall it was a very positive response with lots of constructive & helpful comments. We are continuing to strive to improve Broadland House & this exercise focuses us on what is important.
We have recently completed a few alterations within the home, importantly Dawn now has a more private office which she does not have to share!
