Staff with the help of the clients,  have been very busy putting up the Christmas Tree & decorating the home.

On the 9th July 2011 Dawn & James got married.

The day started off cloudy & overcast but at 4pm at Hunter’s Hall in Swanton Morley the sunshone.

Dawn looked radiant & James looked proud.

Dawn’s dress was beautiful.

A big Thank you to Sue (The Cook) who laid on a beautiful tasty buffet for the party. Clients, relatives & friends all had a lovely time, thanks to the hard work of Dawn and all the staff. Luke & Maria raised about £85 on the raffle. Brian Day entertained with songs from the shows, festive songs & a good old sing a long.

Photo’s of one of our ladies making the most of the weather out in the garden.

Sally one of the carers from Martham Lodge has been spending  a few hours every week, planting & weeding. She has brought cuttings from her own garden. We now have a shed at the end of the garden so clients can either sit in the shed or use the area for gardening projects of their own.

Easter Fun with Two Hen's & The Birdy Song!

Two Easter Chickens arrived at Broadland House last week, much to the amusement of all the clients. Dancing to the ‘birdy song’ & clucking, it was very difficult to tell that Sue (the cook) & Heather (the housekeeper) were under the wonderful costumes.

The rear garden has been landscaped and made usable for all. It now provides a lovely addition to Broadland House.
